Kathy Dunlop is the founder, owner and managing director of On The Spot Curtain Cleaning Specialists — and in most cases, the person who will personally clean your curtains.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in fabric care across Johannesburg, Kathy has developed an expertise that most cleaning companies simply cannot match. She understands that every curtain is different — the fabric, the lining, the construction, the hardware, the cleaning history — and that difference matters profoundly to the outcome.

Kathy started OTS because she saw how many clients had been let down by conventional cleaning — curtains returned shrunken, discoloured or damaged. She built a business around a simple principle: do it right, or don't do it at all.
